Opening
up a world of discovery just right for children with
autism and their families.
Grand
Rapids Children's Museum in Michigan partners
with area organizations and individuals to create
Connor's Friends: An Evening for Children with Autism.
This free program is designed to provide appropriately
planned sensory-integrated surroundings for children
with autism to explore. Exhibits elements focus on
physical, cognitive and spiritual development through
sensory exploration. The museum is a 2008
