The Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center, Inc. (TVHC) was incorporated as a community-benefit nonprofit corporation and has been providing primary health care and human services since 1971 to its southern Alameda County service area. It is currently a multi-service and multi-site operation with a current annual operating budget of slightly over 12 million dollars and employs nearly 140 full and part-time staff.
